The Lacy Knit Top Sewing Pattern
The design for the Lacy Knit Top was a result of our everlasting Covid lockdown! Whether lounging at home, working in the studio, or working out in our home gym ~ this top hit the mark. Semi-fitted in the bust area, looser thru the hips, and a little longer in the center front and back. My favorite versions of this top are sewn with a rayon knit and fashionable lace and the 2nd sewn with athleisure sportswear and mesh fabric. (You might notice that I am wearing the Shirley Wrap as a dress)
This comfortable, stylish knit top is easy to sew and perfect for beginners! Here are the details:

I think I like the Shirley wrap, though the Lacy doesn’t look too bad either! I am not one to wear lace during the day-old school I guess.

Whoo, the lace top would love my sewing room. Bc I live in the country, I would like a paper pattern sent to me please. My bernina just loves to produce lace… sleeves, cuffs, hems etc. I have the stretch needle being delivered so I can sew 4way stretch fabric. Learning about different types of knits and stretch fabric. I am a quilter so it’s a big change.
