Whether lounging at home, working in the studio, or working out in our home gym ~ this top hit the mark.Ā Semi-fitted in the bust area, looser thru the hips, and a little longer in the center front and back.Ā My favorite versions of this top are sewn with a rayon knit and fashionable lace and the 2nd sewn with athleisure sportswear and mesh fabric.Ā (You might notice that I am wearing the Shirley Wrap as a dress)

A stylish top for athletic wear or dress it up with lace and velvet.
- Available in Misses Sizes 0 – 18 and Plus Sizes 16W – 36W
- Skill Level: Beginner
- 3 sleeve versions:Ā tank, short, and long sleeve
- Knit fabric with at least 3% stretch:Ā rayon knit, ITY knit, bamboo knit, jersey knit, athleisure wear
- Contrast fabric could be the same fabric, just a different color or really mix it up with stretch lace or mesh fabric.

The lines on this top are terrific. I have color blocked patterns before but I love the gracefulness of this look with the lace. Would be wonderul to sew for my teenage granddaughters. They love getting a little love from me. Thank you Angela for all your inspiration.

Beautiful and versatile! I never cease to be amazed at these lovely creations! I would start out with a cotton fabric; and, when I mastered the pattern–try a silk fabric with lots of teal in it!

Whoo, the lace top would love my sewing room. Bc I live in the country, I would like a paper pattern sent to me please. My bernina just loves to produce lace… sleeves, cuffs, hems etc. I have the stretch needle being delivered so I can sew 4way stretch fabric. Learning about different types of knits and stretch fabric. I am a quilter so it’s a big change.
Loved making the 1 Lacey that I made. It was too big for me so I gave to my daughter. Canāt wait to make another one soon.
