    It’s a digital linen print from Marcy Tilton. I underlined it with fusible tricot and lined it with China silk.. The design was so large that I used the crosswise grain to get the color placement where I wanted it…

    Thank you for the kind words on my Kate skirt. I just normal embroidery thread. The embroidery calls for severel “layers” of satinstitch i different collors. When the embrodidery is done, I slash down the middle of the satinstitch and the thread “blooms”
